Nothing but love for ya. But seriously, have fun with the Sharks. Or Bertuzzi and the Wings. But I do hope the Battle for California is what happens since I think it would be a hell of a good series. And, in the end, I hope we lulled Anaheim to sleep just enough so they can get stampeded like the Canucks just were. Ahh, the circle of life...
And I am still true to my ornery word. One win means 25 bucks for the CHOC. However, I will need to get one final dig in before I begin a few weeks of rooting for Ottawa:

What a classic pic!
I can't hate the Ducks after the whooping. They are such a well-designed team and deserve their fortune.
To be honest, I never really have liked the Niedermayer brothers though. They put the nail in our coffin last night and I have a hard time stomaching that. Go figure, they are BC boys as well.
Any hatred I have for the Ducks is out of envy...I like their pressure and their size. It's a Burke team no doubt. Niedermayer's are hit or miss to me, I'm more impressed with the Kunitz's and Penners on that team then the bigger names.
Nonis does have his work cut out for him this summer. Amazing how similar it is to the Flames problem last year...
LOVE THE COMMENT :D haha
I never really expected Canucks to beat anaheim - that team has it all - i was hoping though!!
I feel mostly the worst for Luongo!!!
looking forward to seeing him on the canucks team for many years to come !
I've always disliked the ducks. Probably because I am from Vancouver, but lived in Anaheim for three years. So this series was pretty painful to me. I don't live in Anaheim anymore, but I have about 4 voicemails from old friends there, calling to gloat.
What frustrates me is, we almost stole the series. 2-3-4-5 all could have been ours. Anyways, it was a great year for Canucks fans, and next year will hopefully be even better.
We definitely could have taken games 3 and 4. I think the score in game 5 was closer then it made the actual game appear. But this team was going to run out of gas no matter what...and I really do think Kesler and Cooke would have made a huge difference. It'll be interesting to see what mix Nonis brings back...scratch that, not interesting....but HUGE.
